To request your partial refund simply e-mail us a link to the same product on our website, or on our competitors website within six months from the date of your order and we will process the credit accordingly.

• The item must be in stock on the competitors website

• The competitor must be an Authorized Retailer of the product in question
• The Price Match Guarantee includes the item price and the shipping charges, it excludes sales tax

Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that your order was received and your payment method has been pre-authorized.

We immediately contact our suppliers to confirm stock availability:

• If the item is in stock, we will charge your payment method and begin processing your order.

• If the item is out of stock or on backorder, we will cancel the charge and contact you via email.

Processing & Shipping Time

• All in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1–5 business days.

• Once your order ships, we will send you a tracking number by email within 24 hours of dispatch.
